My Story
I’m a proud Colorado native with deep roots in engineering and problem-solving. After earning my degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master’s in Engineering and Technology Management from the Colorado School of Mines, I set out to build something of my own.

Like many property owners, I was drawn to the idea of creating truly passive income through rentals. But I quickly learned that property ownership comes with its share of headaches. That’s why I founded Ligrani Ventures LLC — to remove those roadblocks and give property owners the peace of mind they deserve.
